Terms & Conditions

1. The draw is open to residents of the UK (excluding Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and Isle of Man), aged 21 or over, except employees and their immediate families of BMW Group companies and Bauer Consumer Media Ltd or associated companies, their agents or anyone professionally connected with them.

2. All entrants much have held a full UK motorcycle licence for a minimum of 18 months and have no more than six penalty points on their licence. Entrants must not have either been disqualified from riding a motorcycle or have any serious motoring convictions and must be a current motorcyclist.

3. No purchase necessary. Only one entry per person.

4. Closing date for receipt of entries is 30th April 2010. We cannot accept any responsibility for entries which are lost, delayed or damaged before reaching us. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt

5. The prize for the winner will be a BMW F800R Chris Pfeiffer replica road bike, which will be ready for collection no earlier than 15th May 2010 at the prize winner's nearest BMW Motorrad UK dealership. The F 800 R Chris Pfeiffer won will be a standard specification road bike. The prize includes all on-the-road costs (including tax). Insurance, which must be provided by the winner, is not included.

6. The prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. The prizes are not transferable without our prior written agreement and no cash alternative is available.

7. There will be one winner. The winner will be drawn through an automated online system after the competition has closed. The draw will not be subject to any appeal and no correspondence concerning the drawing of the winners will be entered into.

8. The winner will be notified by email and/or letter within 21 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 10 working days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and draw a replacement winner.

9. The winner may be featured in promotional material and be required to take part in other PR activity without entitlement to any financial reward. Details of the winner will be available from the promoter by sending a SAE within 28 days of the draw date to the address below.

10. Entrants agree these rules by entering into the prize draw.

11. These rules are governed by English law.
